Our own Hillsborough Memorial Service

As some of you are aware, the Supporters Club in South Africa is embarking on a trip to the Spion Kop this coming weekend to hold our own memorial service for the victims of Hillsborough.

 

On Saturday we will be watching our game against Man City at a nearby pub and stay the night over. On Sunday we will be heading out in convoy to Spion Kop where we will be taken up the Kop to the actual memorial of the fallen soldiers (both Boers and British).

 

We will then lay a wreath, sing YNWA and a few other songs as well as call out the names of those who fell on the 15th of April 1989.
