Bayern munich are even money to progress to the CL semi final.

 

They're at home in the second leg.

 

Haven't seen much of either this season but that seems a decent bet.

 

Anyone got any informed opinions on this?

Milan are very inconsistent this season. Difficult to tell which side will turn up. If Kaka, Pirlo and Gilardino hit form then maybe.

 

But Bayern are only fourth in Germany, so they aren#'t exactly at the peak. Away goals here, Bayern to go through.

21/1 For Liverpool, Chelsea, United and Milan to win this week. Thought that was decent. Plus if United or Chelsea let you down, it means they haven't won - which is also good!

Bayern are starting to come into a bit of form apparently. Been winning some big games in the Bundesliga of late.

 

However they'll miss Van Bommel in the first leg, but I'd still tip them to go through.

AC Milan are a lot better than Bayern so evens can't be good odds. They may win, obviously, but that's bad value.

I'd rather Utd played Milan than Munich. If they beat Roma

Dont think theyre a lot better than Bayern to be honest.

This is the flaw in your argument. Bayern are actually sh*t.

 

However, it must be said that on European Cup performances alone they DO look better. Could be that they'll do something similar to Arsenal last year and us the year before and go all the way. But AC Milan ought to be favourites, simply because they are better and, therefore, more likely to win.

Bayern have started to play a lot better since the manager change. Milan have been poor in the games I have seen lately and will struggle to score more than 1 goal ina game. Ronaldo is a chubby ba$tard.
