Houses as an investment.

Seems like a good idea. Just in case I decide to come back to the UK I?m buying a house there. Been on the market a while and was under offer since before xmas but there were a few problems.

 

Liked the look of it so when it became available again I put in a bid. Someone else has offered full asking price and has been told OK but as I?m offering cash and a quick closing the owners are now going to accept my offer instead. The people who have just had their offer accepted are going to be really pissed off when they find out..
