CarraLegend Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 Taylor is a very very very good player. He looked it when he first came through now he's "very very very" s**** like the rest of them.

johngibo YPC Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 About to start driving up to Newcastle. Can anyone tell me (genuine replies only please) what the weather is like in Harrogate, Ripon, Middlesbrough, Durham and Newcastle itself. Particularly interested in weather conditions on A19 and A1. In newcastle its raining but it hasn't snowed. It is a bit cold but it always bloody is
IgPig Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 (edited) doesn't apply to you, but anyone using M62/A1 through pennines, its snowy but has been raining on and off so is basically very slushy. Edited February 10, 2007 by Post Kuytal Glow
DaveLFC Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 The barometer in Newcastle is said to be 'way high man' I'll get my coat

Serko Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 Rafa got manager of the month for January so we're screwed for tomorrow. teamtalk we've already had the 0-0 against everton though
Benitez Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 Babayaro is back Bramble is fit Taylor is fit Steven Carr is injured 3 out of the 4 clowns aint bad though Solano has looked good at right back, 100 times the player Carr is, so it's a shame Carr is out! Not sure Bramble will play though will he? Onyewu is likely to play alongside Taylor. A concern today is Milner, he's been their best player, he's in good form and is a tricky player, and Riise has been our worst, that's something Milner can exploit.
Benitez Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 from official Newcastle site MATCH referee Mark Halsey was an early arrival at St. James' Park on Saturday ahead of the Premiership fixture between Newcastle United and Liverpool (kick-off 3pm). After heavy overnight rain on Tyneside, the official has looked at the pitch and is currently happy with its condition. He will remain at Gallowgate and will continue to monitor both the playing surface and the weather conditions. A further announcement will be made if necessary, but both clubs stress to supporters at this stage that the match will go ahead as normal.
Redkop Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 On BBC1 Mark Halsey said game might be in doubt. If it was kick-off now, it would be playable. Further reports later.

Benitez Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 on the Newcastle forum they seem pretty confident it'll go ahead. Rain isn't as heavy as it was, so if that stays the same it should be ok there.
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 aye, but they're used to it being s*** up there
