The bars in both the Jumeirah beach hotel and the hilton jumeirah hotel may show it. I have also watched a match in fibber magees jus behind sheik zayed road which is an irish bar which shows about 3 matches live on a saturday.

The Souk in the Madinat Jumerieh complex should be showing, I watched the Liverpool vs Sheff Utd game out there. Can't remember what the actual bar is called though except that it is over 2 floors - a basement and ground floor

Fibbers is probably the best one but a bit difficult to find.

 

All the hotels will have the game on though and plenty of shisha bars too.
