I would of thought they would of still had to supply the away fans with tickets and reduce their allocation. Under PL rules you have to provide 10% of your capacity or 3,000 to the away section. You can't just close the away section and say tough luck.

They'd have to allocate the fans to another stand then.

or stadium, they'll never know the difference

If this is genuine Sheffield United can apply to the Premiership not to admit away fans under safety reasons.

Apparently it would be too hard to hide this if it were a genuine f*ck up.

It backs onto a main road. All the scaffolding has gone as well.

Your painter is obviously talking out of his ringpiece then eh.

I don't know, I have no idea, maybe your spark is talking out of his ringpiece?

I'm saying it's too hard to hide this as the stand apparently backs onto a main road. The scaffolding has gone, which surely wouldn't have happened had they f*cked up.

He most certainly isn't Philip. Its not as if the roof has fallen in, its sunk too far, hardly something the untrained eye would spot walking down Brammall lane (which is the road that the away end backs onto). If your painter jumped over the stand he'd notice all the cranes etc still working on it in the ground.

That's fate, if the structure was a bit 'suss' nobody in their right mind would sit near you anyway.

just because you think that stand got damaged in a raid by the luftwaffe

I've played on the hallowed Brammall Lane turf.

Are you in Salvation Army band?

It was The Red Baron actually.

If it's not safe or being redeveloped we could be excluded. It happened at Old Toilet when Cantona made his comeback and we only got a handful of tickets at Blackburn the day the Grand National went west.

Not sure I'm happy with the track record of Safety Certificates in Sheffield though.

if this is true then..

A> no reds should go tbh, we dont want a repeat of old events if their stupid stadium is crumbling..

B> the game should be rearranged to be played somewhere else...
