ManxRed Posted June 19, 2006 Posted June 19, 2006 Have Togo actually turned up? (and yes, I have seen the 1-0 Frei comment, but given the way the Swiss play I still think my question needs answering!)
Gilps Posted June 19, 2006 Author Posted June 19, 2006 Togo have hauled off their midfield anchorman Kuami Agboh on 24 minutes and put on Mohamadou Salifou. Sendaros is struggling a bit against Adebayor.
BDB Posted June 19, 2006 Posted June 19, 2006 HAd to have been a pen, not even a FK. Ref is insane. Togo are up for it now..
Bigal Posted June 19, 2006 Posted June 19, 2006 Looked a certain pen, great reaction when it wasnt given
Puskas Posted June 19, 2006 Posted June 19, 2006 How cool a name is Tranquillo Barnetta? I think we should sign him for that alone.

Gilps Posted June 19, 2006 Author Posted June 19, 2006 Our old friend Hakan Yakin has come on for Switzerland.
_00_deathscar Posted June 19, 2006 Posted June 19, 2006 Good goal that I thought. Nice cut in, good vision, great finish.

BDB Posted June 19, 2006 Posted June 19, 2006 A swiss korea draw means france need to beat togo by 3 goals, which on current form for the french looks unlikely..
Gilps Posted June 19, 2006 Author Posted June 19, 2006 Does Tranquillo Barnetta have an understated haircut? Anything but judging by this, the misleadingly monickered man:
BDB Posted June 19, 2006 Posted June 19, 2006 Does Tranquillo Barnetta have an understated haircut? Quite so..
Des Posted June 19, 2006 Posted June 19, 2006 A swiss korea draw means france need to beat togo by 3 goals, which on current form for the french looks unlikely.. They only need to beat Togo by two goals if Switz and Korea draw to qualify. They'd finish runners up though and would most likely face Spain.
ifanew Posted June 19, 2006 Posted June 19, 2006 (edited) A swiss korea draw means france need to beat togo by 3 goals, which on current form for the french looks unlikely.. 2 goals, shirley? Oops! didn't see there was a second page.... What Des said! Edited June 19, 2006 by ifanew
BDB Posted June 19, 2006 Posted June 19, 2006 ah yes 2 goals it is. confused was i. but still not the best pos for the french to be in, although maybe they'll play better without zizou?
