His English is actually good, age has nothing to do with it and whilst certain tactical subtleties of English football will need to be grasped (and quickly), the quality of his squad plus the new arrivals should hasten that process. He'll also have an extensive backroom team to call on. I also think that contrary to reports that see him buying only foreign personnel, he (along with a nudge from Arnesen) will snap up an English player or two. His love of the physical, pragmatic approach plus the new eight player ruling for the CL could see movement in that area.
