Managed to get it fixed by going on chat with Ticket office, they allowed me to add him to F&F which means I can now transfer one at a time to him and another once he distributes the initial ticket. Bit of a faff but at least it will work.

The distribute button is not highlighted?? I have a new phone so might be to do with that and not having the NFC thing set up right?? Would I have to wait on the NFC "going live" before doing it??

Might be the answer to my question but at work so canny trawl through. me and mates have tickets for tomorrow but cant manage, how can I transfer them to my Cousin in Liverpool, the info on the site is pretty vague. He doesn't have a membership and isnt on Friends and Family but has downloaded the NFC pass, cant see how to do it even tho the site says you can?? Might have to phone the ticket office if any of you lot cant help me out!!
