When you see the debacle happening down the East Lancs road our owners who arnt perfect get a fair bit off stick for not spending but they are sticking to the rules and run a tight ship, have upgraded stadium without breaking the bank and have a good team on the park that is able to compete against the Oligarchs and Nation states teams. Canny ask for much more than that....... well maybe get the contracts sorted out!!!
