For those interested.. At 6:30pm tonight there's a program that you and every Red should see. LFCTV have produced a documentary about Monday's historic Parliamentary debate on the Hillsborough Disaster. In addition to excerpts from the debate itself there's interviews with representatives from the families and campaigners that travelled to London. My point is that at the moment we have no one like Hyppia at the moment. What we have been doing since Sami left doesn't work. Our conversion rate on corners is embarrasing. It was clear on Saturday that we were doing inswinging corners. But why? Look at the quality of Adam's corners last season for Blackpool. Look at the quality of his corners already for us this season. If he's doing the business (And I think we've scored two already) then why don't we use him for pretty much every corner (Maybe let others have a go here and there but keep him as the prime corner taker)? Surely everyone has to accept that Gerrard - either with the ball coming in across goal or the ball being nodded out to him - is a massive goal threat in that situation? We are losing out on Gerrard smashing one in and we are losing out on the quality of our corners. Adam seems to have been bought for his excellence in certain circumstances. Let's use him for those circumstances. Let's give ourselves every chance to use his excellence and skill from that position. That's all I'm saying. Gerrard has been taking corners for years for whatever reason they simply don't work. We barely give ourselves even a chance for scoring off them. You can blame the people in the middle all you like - but when it's not working if you continue doing something that doesn't work then surely you need to look at that and change it? And we have. We've bought Adam. Maybe others can have a crack as well if Adam doesn't work out. All I'm interested in is to be excited when we get a corner to think "It's not likely but at least we have a CHANCE of scoring here" All too often we might as well boot it off the pitch than take the corner - they really are that wasteful. It's not like our team are a bunch of midgets either. We have some decent sized players - including Gerrard and Carroll. Let's just give ourselves the best chance.

We've been s**** at corners for years. Only the arrival here and there of mercurial aerial talents like Hyypia makes it look like we are good at them from time to time. Overall we're as poor as anyone in the league at them. Our conversaion rate is terrible. Adam was bought to take care of things like corners. He proved it for Blackpool and he's done well for us already. Why not let him take them and why not let Gerrard be in a position to bang them in?

Most of the corners look great on telly. It's when you're sat there and see just how far away most of them are from anyone getting on the end of them that the stats produced over the years make sense. Charlie Adam is an excellent, consistant corner taker with real quality. Gerrard is a powerhouse of energy and just the man you want to see getting on the end of a well taken corner. Stick Gerrard on the edge of the box to run in. Stick Adam on corner taking duty. You'll soon see the corner conversation rates of s****% go to acceptable%

Hope Gerrard bags a hattrick, plays a blinder and doesn't take any corners.

But only IF he didn't do it. We have to keep an open mind here. I'd love to think Suarez didn't do anything wrong, but there is a possibility he has. If Evra can prove it then fine - we have to deal with it. If he can't then he should issue an apology. It's tricky because it's opened a can of worms and both parties will come out looking not the best - but if racism is occuring then it needs to be reported. If Evra has just done it because he was being a sulky t*** then..

Kevin does not relate to the 3.15pm cut off point.I want a new inquest were all the witnesses will be called to give evidence so the jury will know exactly what happened to Kevin at Hillsborough. I have all the evidence under section 13 of the coroners act and have been refused 3 times by the attorney generals office, I want the Attorney General to look at the evidence again and send Kevin's case back to the divisional court recomending a new inquest into the death of my son.

Not all of them. Lad in work went that day (Forest Fan) and he's still upset about it to this day. He hopes that justice can finally be done.

The interesting thing is that no one appears to have noticed the serial diving by Young throughout and then by Nani when he came on later. It's the same as the Everton game where everyone is up in arms about the Red card, but 'didn't notice' the Hibbert and Fellani offences. We must have, as you say, rattled the mans and their media chums for them to have the knives out for us every week. And it is literally every week - they are coming out with guff to spin a negative about us. Good.

The rest of the Liverpool players should have walked off hanging their heads in shame" I was talking to him about it this morning after he emailed me. Even Alan couldn't believe it.

It's all about opinions. Waynes was "Anyone that can't see that Gerrard was head and shoulders above every other player on the pitch knows nothing about football" So there appear to be a lot of clueless people on this thread then!

By the way, that rant was inspired by Wayne after the match saying "Gerrard was easily our best player - head and shoulders above all the others - the other players should all go home and hang their heads in shame' What a crock. Anyway. My top three. 1. Adam 2. Kelly 3. Lucas (Only because of the number of times he was doubled up on as Gerrard jogged off to do his captain marvel stuff and left him stranded - and he coped well)

I didn't say he was f***ing bad. f*** off. I said that he took f***ing corners he shouldn't have done. We f***ing bought f***ing Charlie Adam (who is good at corners) to improve our f***ing laughable conversion rate from corners. Gerrard is f***ing s**** at corners. Always has been. Always will be. His corners today f***ing stank. Like they've f***ing stunk for f***ing years. He is much more dangerous in the middle. But oh no. He has to f***ing take them. Cos he's f***ing Stevie f***ing ME. Again.. He had a decent game. He scored a good goal. He made some of our players do stupid things - see Lucas before half time with a f***ing t** head pass - demanded by Gerrard that they nearly f***ing scored off. Yeah. f***ing great. f***ing fantasic. I support LFC not f***ing steven f***ing gerrard.
