http://www.soccerbase.com/transfers.sd Mourinho has spent about 140 i believe. We've spent about 150 since 1999. Mancs have spent about 170 since 2001.

Read somewhere (was it on here?) that Mourinho has spent more in the two years he's been at Chelsea than any other english club in their entire history. Is this true and can someone prove it?

The thing that gets to me is that it's this goal that gets debated. The deflected goal Lampard scored is a lot more debatable, as without the touch the goalkeeper would have saved it.

Knights handball was dubious though, the referee/linesman might have judged the ball to have beenover the line. The ball was going nowhere, there was no danger whatsoever, so for Knight to handle inside the area at that moment would be incredibly stupid. That might make the referee think that the ball must be over the line.

Arsenal are a good team and look to be playing better and we never do too well in London. Not the kind of games in hand you can take for granted.

You're right mate, it's the most ridiculous debate ever. Lampards goal today, the keeper would have easily saved it, but it got a deflection off a defender and went in. By the same reasoning the people trying to take Crouchy's goal away, Lampards goal should be credited as an own goal. It's so obviously double standards it's unbelievable.

Yup. I'm a bit worried though, there's very little experience in the team and we're weak in defence. If Van Basten gets these players to perform at the World Cup he'll be a legendary legend.
