I don't disrespect Riise, I think he's a good player. I never watched the game yesterday, so that has no bearing on my opinion. I just think if we swopped him for Bridge and got a few million too , it would be beneficial for Liverpool football club.

I like Riise but I think Bridge could do a good job. I'd swap them if it meant we got cash to help buy Kuyt or another striker

I like the fact that he never said a word til the deal was done. He must have been busting a gut hoping Liverpool would come in for him, like Bellamy. But he still had the class to thank all of the Birmingham personnel for their help in his progress.
