Maybe the players have lost their confidence in Rafa! It certainly seems to me that they are not willing to give everything they've got for their manager. I'm not slating Rafa now, but it is starting to get very worrying. Even if the tactics were wrong, the players who played today, should be able to play them off the park.

We can't even keep simple possesion against these 3rd rate footballers. Kuyt is running around like a headless chicken losing every ball he gets. Babel is in his opponents pocket. Benayoun is waving his arms at other people but hasn't contributed anything. Crouch is lost. Xabi is lost as well. Carragher is hoofing the ball against Luton Town ffs! Hyypia is steady. Lucas is keeping it simple and the only around who is above average. Riise thought he could hit a Boeing 747 and succeeded. Finnan is like Benayoun.

Lack of quality to see and be able to reach the "free" man. Or the movement is not good enough. And this is one of main differences with Man U and Arsenal. They are able to keep the ball when they are under pressure. Most of the time we jsut hoof it upfront (Carra, Riise, Finnan, Hyyppia).

He's so good that he will be better even when the defenders have all played against him. He has extremely loads of pace and thats very hard to defend against. Not only has he got the pace but the technique and strength as well to cope with every defender there is. I never rated him but then again I never saw him play as many as I now have. The move certainly benefitted him and because of his very high qualities he has very little problems of adapting to the league. Partner him with someone better as we now do and our attack is sorted.

It's clear to me thatParry is the one who is causing the most problems. Rafa: When Foster is around everything is ok. When he's away, it's difficult to communicate. In other words, he doesn't communicate with Parry. Parry playing dirty games when Foster is away?
