Nothing about our performance was a disgrace. Arsenal came out brightly in the first 20 minutes to put us under pressure. We struggled to deal with it at first but dug deep. Arsenal then absolutely s*** the bed when we hit the bar and never got their heads back again. Their crowd was the same. We were by far the better team over the whole game and if we’d had a fit striker we would’ve won that. There’s still a massive cowardly streak running through that club even if they are clear at the top. They were nervous as hell for most of the game and it radiates off the lego-headed helmet who manages them. Both games against us this season Arteta has seen his own a***. Did the same against City as well. He doesn’t have it in him to go for it in those bigger matches and it might still do for him in the end.
