Yeah I think we need the wide players to be more along the lines of pacy wingers than inside forwards, and probably be right and left footed to match their position. We need players who can carry the ball at pace and then deliver it into the box quickly for Isak. I think that'll help Wirtz no end as well.

We also had a lot of conversations on here last season about how we struggled to create chances for whoever played up front. That was obviously in a team designed to let Salah fill his boots but with every single wheel falling off this season then it becomes a starker problem. As with many players it's difficult to assess Isak in a system that is clearly malfunctioning and when he's so obviously lacking in conditioning.
