Can well imagine a scenario where the lad agreed to join us and, rather than just pay the fee up front to get him out of there, we’ve arsed about trying to structure payment terms differently. Let’s just give Sociedad the time to convince him to stay and the lad to change his mind eh.
-
They probably told him he will get an early tea here.
-
Yours specifically?

I have some concerns on this one to be honest. The kid sounds like a house cat and Sociedad will be doing everything to convince him to stay. I can’t bring myself to get excited about it until there is genuine talk of a medical happening.
-
Absolutely no chance we pay under. If we pay in instalments then it is because we offer more over a longer structure. I reckon we may sweeten the pot with a pallet of CBD oil that John Aldridge keeps trying to shift on Twitter.

Collymore. That partnership with Fowler before he went to pieces.

It was an absolute miracle that this team was ever up there at the top of this league. -

Not a single thought going on behind that lad’s eyes. -

Disallowed or not we are a very poor side defensively. I don’t understand how we are this at it. Poor players? Poor coaching? -
He has had absolutely phenomenal matchday support that he’d have been very unlikely to get anywhere else, whilst under the best manager in the league, for two years now. He’s nowhere close to being good enough to be relied on. I think he’s likely to get another year with sporadic starts and sub appearances we cash in for a 60% loss or an endless string of loans. If he was a £20m punt everyone would feel a lot happier about what he’s shown.

He only had 20 yards of space and a goalkeeper sprinting right at him down the middle. -

This shower have lost all trust. -
A friend of my neighbour has (or had) the registration plate ‘LOL 88’. Middle class white woman in her late fifties so it’s 50/50 as to whether she’s fully aware and a raging Nazi.

Haaland there showing Nunez that you are allowed to aim for the corner of the goal. -
There was a newspaper headline in 1996 that read ‘Liverpool to Lob Pob a Job’. We didn’t though; he went to Man Utd.

It hits one Arsenal player hitting it deliberately and then cannons off another Arsenal player into his path. Not sure of the rule here but it didn’t look as if they were checking the pinball. -

We are the net result of buying a series of attacking and midfield players who are s***e at putting the ball in the actual net. -
What is his strength exactly? For a striker. He can’t finish, he isn’t intelligent, he has laughably little composure, he’s quick but it’s often to his detriment with his offsides. He has a s***e touch and can’t really hold the ball up. He is an absolutely atrocious striker/footballer who is right up there with our very worst buys for what we paid for him. Chaos is just another word for a lad so stupid and disorganised that he has no idea what he will even do himself. If he is was in any way the result of a data led approach we need to ditch that page as a spoiled batch.
-
He is an expensive experiment gone wrong. Whichever managerial candidate who wants to f*** him off at the first opportunity gets my vote. To look at the striker’s this football club has had in the Premier League era and compare him to that is utterly soul destroying.

The only good thing about this end to the season is that it makes you ponder 'yeah well, maybe it is time for Klopp to go and have a rest'. We look to have bought players absolutely horribly since peaking a couple of years back. Almost every player we've brought in has been a downgrade on the lad he replaced. -

Who would want to buy Nunez? The best we'd get would be a laughable loan to buy. No-one is wanting to outright buy the s***test finisher in the top five leagues (comes complete with free s*** eating grin). -

The one season midfield rebuild went well didn't it? A singular real success in Mac Allister, a decent about par squad option in Endo and another £100m combined on two absolute wet wipes. -

There must be some sort of Speed-like scenario where Dennis Hopper has rigged up the away end to explode if we score.
