I got two of the red and white ones and blagged my kids that I'd bought them as a present for them. Also gave them one of those extremely shoddy badges that triangle were handing out... And just to nail my excellence as a parent they each got a yellow wristband with the letter B on it......

I had my wallet stolen in Syntagma Square. I normally keep my ticket in it but for some reason didn't this time.

The "UEFA Family" is a euphemism. What they really mean is "the sponsors".......

Nothing on my online sales either.... I haven't found anyone yet who has an unconfirmed credit their on online sales so that looks like it was just a rumour. I wish they would get the results up, this is killing me.......

I think it would be about that minus the 4,000 or so with 7 credits. So more like 25,000.... I trying to convince myself that I'm in with a shout, but the odds aren't looking too hot at the moment....

I doubt it, there are whole swathes of the lower and upper centenary plus the main stand that are given over to sponsors. Then there is the much larger press section and also a lot of tickets for "UEFA Officials". Given that the capacity for Champions League games is around the 42,000 mark if you take away all of the above plus the away fans then there will be nowhere near 38,000 on six credits....

20,000 apparently. Might ease a few concerns..........

If you read the story from the Daily Post what is actually says is that the SITE footprint will not be increased. What everyone here is talking about is the footprint of the stadium itself. That footprint could be increased without making the site bigger by decreasing the size of the concourse area around the outside of the ground. I think there may be a bit of sleight of hand going on here. If that's the case then all the club would need to is come with a viable traffic mangement plan to handle the revised capacity.

Jay M is my son... I've had a word and he claims he was on a wind-up but I dont believe him. I pointed out the error of his ways to him and he has promised not to be such knob jockey in future....... For the record, there are no circumstances where losing a game is better than not losing a game whatever Ferguson would have you believe. This is same beaut who said that getting beat 1-0 at home by AC Milan was a good result and that they would be bricking it for the home leg.......Now when was that? Oh yes, that was the year of the famous Liverpool v mancs final in Istanbul.....
