Good appointment, i've never been sure on Nagelsmann despite all the hype.

I'd be looking at replacing Kelleher and Adrian with Neto and promoting either Davies or Pitaluga to act as 3rd choice. Kelleher should leave for the sake of his career for a good price and Neto on a free transfer to replace him could be shrewd business.
