An interesting observation made by a young Arsenal fan on Sky Sports yesterday..... Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea to some extent and others are spending big this summer, in some cases really big. Maybe they know what is coming with charges against City and are taking the opportunity to really go for it accordingly. I.e. title race opens up even more.
