Flasher

Gakpo belongs to Jesus, that's why the confidence. Just admit you have no idea how good Scott is or isn't. Nicky Butt won tons at Utd by the way.. I'd keep Jones also, as a squad player like he is currently. And he's scouse. I think he wants to go though, leave the bubble and play every week, and I don't blame him.

Right...

How has he exactly?

Rio just skinned 3 NZ defenders in one move. Looked England's most dangerous player 2nd half and he's not even in the squad.

I've no idea if he'll be properly good or not. I'm just not saying "I don't see it" when he's so young. Owen and Fowler were strikers and something very tangible you could measure them on, goals. Rio is and will be measured differently due to where he's playing. He's already terrifying defences and they are doubling up. He can go both ways, and has scored some very impressive goals already, including pre season last year. He's starting for Liverpool and and away with England. He's already "got it" we just don't know what comes next. Hope he stays here so we get to find out.

Oo err get you. He's 17 and starting games for Liverpool. Anyone that "doesn't see it" is asking the wrong question. Nobody knows how he will turn out, but what's already happening in front of our eyes is incredible. He's currently with the England squad as well... The question about if he truly has it, like some kind of superstar, is only going to be relevant in two or three years time.

Exactly. He's 17 for f*** sake, and often looked the best player on the pitch this season for Liverpool FC. Have a word with yourselves lads. 17!

Development. More likely to play.

Portugal squad for world cup looks incredible.

Paul Walsh had a spell

Ok, you stick with "expensive duds", but when they flourish next year you're not allowed to celebrate them. I'll be watching you

Isak and Wirtz... one a proven PL elite and the other seen to be a generational talent by Klopp and you pick those two.. Don't get me wrong, the money for Isak and pursuit was not great, but c'mon.

Who were the expensive duds?

Semenyo doesn't have blistering pace either, but very effective and fast over long distances. He's alright.

Even refs have scarfs now?

Loves a half n half scarf his da

Did Isak?

I'm stuck on his first name. Heard someone today pronounce it like Anthony, rather than like macaroni ANdoni or AnDOni...

Surprisingly so actually.

We just got rid of one of those

He's much better than that..

He's a perfect 8 in an Iraola team. I'm still all in on Wirtz. Ridiculous talent.

All 3 from the northern Basque region aren't they?
