I think Pennant's better than SWeeP, just doesn't get enough goals. Better dribbler, far better crosser (best I've seen in the premiership) and a classier player overall. Would love to see what Rafa could do with him.

As others have hinted at in this thread, those who think Cisse has been unfairly treated and should be played up front more often, haven't watched us enough this season. I can think of one consistently good 90 minutes and one outstanding moment from him this season when played up front - Deportivo Saprissa and the goal against the blues****; the former was against a pretty poor team, the latter was a nice finish but he got some luck with a bobble after poor initial control. The rest of the time he's been infuriatingly, petulantly, lazily, schite in the main.

Isn't that how birds justify going shopping to the same shops all the time?
