FA Carling Premiership?

Surely would be a conflict of interest if it were to go ahead. What happened to that LG talk that surfaced not too long ago?

There was a lot of money being spent by the likes of Madrid, Inter & the Mancs circa 00 and the market reacted similarly. Things seemed to be calming back down with clubs facing administration and world seeing what taking a risk can lead to at elland road. Roman entered the scene and the chavs paid what clubs were asking and then some. Absolutely, thats what the transfer market is about. Yet clubs like Benfica and to a lesser extent brondy should realistically know what Simao or Agger are worth. The thing is, they do and they look for x million more because they think we will cough up.

I am not saying that all transfers are affected by chelsea, rather that the marketplace itself has been affected. Chairmen seem to believe that the big clubs will cough up the cash if they put the squeeze on them. In the cases of Agger and Simao the both chairmen seem to be playing silly buggers by upping the price after receiving initial offers. I agree with our approach to scenarios like this, but its incredibly frustating.

You could organise a trip to Paris around the same week as the final, thereby avoiding any mockerage.

Or the difficulties of signing anyone. The market has really been f***ed around by the chavs.

I shared a house with a guy who was a black belt in 3 types of martial arts and trained 5 days a week. When he went out on the 'lash' he would arsed after about 3 pints. So a night on the lash may not be the 15 pints and a kebab that we are all thinking about...

Agreed. He would, if fit, hit 20+ a season up there. Pity for the lad, he loves the club.

They may need to look at the structure of the competition and maybe give premiership clubs the option of not entering.

I dont think anyone could argue that point.

Non-thread.

Conpletely.

Now that the circumstances are different he would be more positive in stepping up?

Fancy new reply screens.

Thanks mate.

Does anyone know why the goals arent on e-season?

I think SG was just about to turn and give off to Xabi for not giving him the ball, but i hit the net before he got to. Superb. Posts merged: Mark Viduka.

I assume you mean tommorrow?

I have to agree. Some key players should have been rested. Although we could go out and kill the game in the first half then rest say SG, SH and XA in the second half.

I agree.

Absolutely. Stating the obvious, but i would love if we won it. Nice to have a bit of continued success.

Here.

Bring him home Rafa.
