No I wouldn't look to get rid of Rafa, you need to look at how strong the various squads are and not just the starting 11. Our squad is still weaker than both Chelsea and the Mancs, but Rafa has improved that as well as the starting 11. If you are going to question if and when Rafa should go, then i do think you should have a suggestion as who should replace him, otherwise you are just taking the easy option.

Wouldn't swap him and Cech has become noticably dodgy on crosses and isn't the keeper he was before his injury but the media don't highlight the errors he makes as much as other keepers. If we had Cech in goal i would swap him for Reina, who i believe to be a better keeper.

Personally I think its a good move and one that will only bring benefits.

It is naive in the extreme to think Parry being sacked at this point of time will be a good thing. It's already been said but the only reason Hicks wants Parry out is to swing the board more his way, it has absolutely nothing to do with the compentence or lack of it of Rick Parry.
