Its a stupid question because he is our player and that means Rafa and the coaching staff are fully aware of his abilities etc. If and it is a big if as no-one from the club has been quoted, Rafa wants to use him in the first team squad then I think its great news if we are seeing another youngster getting a bit of a chance, something El Zhar has been given as well.

Haven't heard that phrase for years

Ablett looked furious towards the end.

No I dont believe it does, its a bit of a stretch to make it fit that constant aim.

No it was the main reason though or certainly was sold as the main reason.

Who on here has tried to paint every set back as a something good, if enjoying the fact we are top of the league and deciding despite the frustrations of the last 2 league games not to be a complete miserable git on here makes me a propogandist then fine. As for going to the game rubbish, the amount of times I have or haven't been to the games is s*d all to do with you. Plus I know I could never cope with a super fan like you... Too much Cheers Murph I normally go fairly regularly, unfortunately due to personal circumstances I haven't been as regularly as I wanted after the early games this season. Hopefully will be able to start going again regularly in the new year.

F'in hell what a joke, runs when going gets tough.

You really are trying hard for the most negative poster on here award, Rafa still managed a team to win La Liga that year. If we do go on and win will your post be "I'm really pleased we won it but you have to realise it was because Man Utd/Chelsea/Arsenal were dire this season".

What because I refuse to be a miserable b*****d like some on here? No-one is saying lets hold a party because we are top but at least take some enjoyment in the fact we are top. There are some on here who are continually negative and I don't see the point.

I think they need to arrange some form of protest/public event against the owners, they seemed to have concentrated on non ownership issues of late. I joined because they seemed to becoming more focused with the march etc but sadly this appears to have been a bit of a blip.

Its not daft at all, some posters on here appear to be predominately negative in their views.

It does appear that some of the posters on here almost enjoy being so negative, its strange, not doubting their support of the team but I can't understand how somebody can follow a side and always appear so miserable and negative about how things are going or are about to go. I think its best to enjoy where we are and look forward to the rest of the season.

Its depressing reading some of the cr@p on here, anyone would think we were out of the title race not sitting on top of the table. Enjoy it, we are very much in the hunt for the title, yes the last two home games have been frustrating but despite that we are top of the league. I can't understand the negativity, we all know football can be frustrating, annoying etc but thats part and parcel of being a football fan. FFS get over yourselves and enjoy where we are and show a bit of belief and faith in the team.

Rafa will pick a team he thinks will win over the 90 minutes, obviously if they can get the game won in the first half all well and good but I think people thinking well he needs to pick this formation or that and should pick a team to get the crowd excited is absolute b******s. Its that kind of thinking that leads to the kind of reaction at the Fulham game, I'm not saying you would react in that way.

This link has a list of pubs he could contact Cockermouth Pubs

I couldn't agree more, and its a sorry state of affairs if as part of Rafa's team selection he has to think how the crowd will react to it. The whole Lucas/Alonso against Fulham debate is a bit of a red herring as replacing Alonso with Lucas isn't the reason we didn't beat Fulham, the fact was we didn't play well enough as a team. This game won't be the defining moment for our season yes its important but not winning doesn't mean we are out of title race. People should enjoy the position we are in and be right behind the team, regardless of whether Rafa picks the team you want or not, of course there are going to be frustrating games but the reaction that happened at Fulhsam shouldn't happen again. Although given some of the comments on here I'm not sure it won't.
