  1. Gerrard has got to be carrying an injury. Think Elisha mentioned bad groins. He look slike he needs an op and a good rest in stead of the WC.
  2. Benya nyoooon. Pleat is classic. Masch is a mad c***. Heart in the mouth everytime he gets near it.
  3. Aqua with a belter and goes ape s*** in front of the Kop. Delighted for him.
  4. Lovely fizzy passing move there, Dirk just over.
  5. His old man must have liked the gee gees.
  6. Great finish from Fat Frank. Chelsea fans leaving with 5 mins left. I mean for f***s sake. What is that all about?
  7. What he said.
  8. If we get through on Thursday, then I'd be tempted to 'rest' players for the final. Provided we win it, we'll have European football next season, even if it is the Europa. Shocking state of affairs though.
  9. MON with some grade A c***ery in the post match interview. I hope to god he never comes anywhere near us.
  10. That's the team for Chelsea for Slur Alex.
  11. The commentator on Thurs mentioned that Torres might make the final if we get there. I hope Rafa plays Kuyt and Ngog in a 4 4 2. We've got the goals in us without Torres, but it hinges on the midfield playing well and moving it fast. Yossi was poor on Thurs, and Lucas wasn't given license to go forward. Hopefully it'll be different next week.
  12. I'm more than heartened now. Excellent.
  13. You seem very confident Paul, which is heartening. All the indications are that the banks are running this process. I just have this nervousness that they'll try some legal move that will kybosh it at the last minute or drag it out. I hope to god if the chairman is the bank appointee, that the owners have no say in the sale process. If they do I'm expecting dirty tricks aplenty. I hope not, but it's how they operate. Interesting observation the the pro Rafa supporters are the more pessimistic. I think that's because they have more sympathy with the restrictions that have been placed on him the last couple of years, and the pressures of a broken management model. Even Purslow was losing his rag with the owners to SOS a few months back. Regardless of dodgy substitutions, over cautiousness and frustrating team selections, I'll always see Rafa as a man who called those f*****s out, and has been a constant thorn in their side. I hope as more information comes out in the future it'll become more apparent what an important role he's played. I rally want him to be given 60m + and another season. I'm still confident he'd win us the title, despite the horrors of this season.
  14. God almighty, roaring here. Genius Swipe. I never got Twitter until now. Really brilliant.

  16. Party at mine. Bring your own liebfraumilch and bratwurst. Dresscode: Lederhosen.
  17. My thoughts exactly.
  18. Anyone else hear 'Sweaty Rafael' from Alan Partridge every time the commentator says it?
  19. Yeah, that Ribery is f***ing s****. He'll never score two here in a million years......
  20. Nice to see s***coat questioning the decision to postpone the weekend fixtures in Moscow after the deaths of a couple of score of innocent people there last week. Classy. Really classy.
  21. RBS should put us in administration if they can. It's the only way we'll shake off Hicks. If it could be done this year (where its unlikely we'll get CL football), it'd be better for the club. I'm sick of it all, in f***ing limbo, sliding down the table. Someone needs to step up to Hicks and hit him really f***ing hard. I don't think RBS will do it without fan support though. We should be all over them,
  22. I've no idea what he was doing taking Torres off. Utterly bizarre. Must be willing to risk 4th to shift the owners and go for the UEFA. That's the only sense I can make of it. But he could hav ethrown caution to the wind and gone for it today, got a good boost for confidence and then got them up for Thursday. Torres has played what half the games this season. He should be fit enough. It's totally frustrating, and it's been s*** on a stick all year. With different owners and financial backing I'd still give him another year, I think it'd be different. Differnt mood, different confidence, and hopefully different tactics. The thing is with the same owners, I don't think there's anyone better than Rafa that would take it. It's a rock and a hard place. It's as down as I've felt about LFC in 30 years of being a supporter. The off the pitch stuff just makes me want to f*** it all off but I can't. If LFC was a woman, I'd have gone off and done an ugly bird months ago.
  23. Where's the 'Livid as a cut snake' option? Very very f***ing unhappy.
  24. The more I think about O'Neil as LFC manager, the more I want to retch. I'm trying to avoid thinking about it at all.
  25. Do you mean Mourihno? I don't think he's won it for some time. Indeed he couldn't do it Chelsea with a bottomless pit of cash. And besides he's a massive, massive c***, of which there's plenty of well documented evidence on the forum. That's my main problem with him. As I said, I'd still prefer him over O'Neil.
