    I wonder how we plan to create chances for Isak. He doesn't really come deep and both of our wide forwards cut in 9 times out of 10. That just doesn't work and we'll never get him on the ball in the box playing like that. There's no space for him and and he's not winning many headers against big centre backs. We waited all summer for him so you'd assume we've thought it through.

    Oliver and Kavanagh didn’t even have to get up to their usual tricks. City are much better than us.

    Their players look quicker and stronger than ours all over the pitch. Need something special second half.

    City doing a great job at shepherding the ball towards Konate when we build up. We need to find a solution.

    Mbappe has 18 goals in 14 appearances this season and we didn't give him a sniff. Impeccable defending across the back four (I'll forgive Konate giving the ball away about 8 times because he defended brilliantly). Two consecutive clean sheets against strong opposition. Plenty to build on here.

    Loved everything about that. Created lots of opportunities and gave nothing away. Mo looked sharp and determined. Wirtz brilliant. Dom an absolute monster. And Bradley’s best game of the season. Had Vinicius in his pocket all night.

    Konate passing to no one again and Mac has to take the yellow. Good start from us though.

    Great half from us. All over them. Agressive press and quick, crisp passing. Wirtz has been great. Dom is everywhere. If the ref could stop getting in our way that would be lovely.

    Our u19's lost 4-0 to Real in the youth tournament earlier.

    Much better. Some tough fixtures coming up but this was a performance to build on. Slow start but we grew into it and showed some fight. Pressed well at times and felt like we had more control than we've had in recent weeks. Szobo looked exhausted at the end. Hope he's ready for the next two.

    Ekitike did his best to stop Salah there. Mo’s best game in a while.

    Our full backs keep giving the ball away. Both of them need to be better on the ball.
