  1. And the difference between Al Jazeera and the JC is what? Two sides of the fence. The JC is the only newspaper fining the Jewish (not Israeli) point of view Of course it’s obvious. I’m Jewish. And yes, I do think this is all now a massive front for anti semitism However, the hooliganism point still stands - will they ban ALL teams with a hooligan element? Which is still most clubs. We know the answer is no, so the reasoning therefore is nonsense. Say it and own it, don’t come out with a bull s*** reason
  2. I put a link in but it didn’t show up won’t let me put it in for some reason
  3. yeah I guess if I had put the link in it might have helped https://www.thejc.com/news/fk-every-jew-here-rants-hooded-gaza-gang-member-at-villa-park-stadium-gezuj4aq

  5. Yeah, lovely people. F*ck every Jew. It’s not anti semitism though. Absolutely not Serious question now, so no snarky remarks I've never understood why every Muslim in the world thinks it’s ‘their people’ just because they are a fellow Muslim? I am here to be enlightened

  7. It’s easy to forget that Beardsley only scored 3 goals by beginning of Nov 87 and it was being mooted he was a waste of money - British transfer record. He then scored ‘that’ goal against Everton and the rest was history Not saying it’s the same, just give the guy a chance
  8. My tuppence written on all this is that this season is turning into what we all feared last season would be. The transitional year, we’ve just got it back to front i have no doubt in the quality of players that has come in, and I think in team it will click, but various reasons have affected this season, and I honestly believe the tragedy of Diogo has affected a lot of the older players on match day - the ones that knew him well. Just take a second to think what it must be like in the dressing room when there’s a big gaping hole where one of your best mates used to be. None of us can imagine what that is like, but we are all human beings. I also think, because we won the title with ease last year, the new guys are under pressure to hit the ground running as they’re playing for the champions who ran away with it last year I’ve got faith it will turn around and tbh, anyone who is advocating Slot getting sacked needs to go and take 6 months off ffs. That sort of thinking is the curse of modern football fans. Three months into the season when we are the champions of the England. Crazy talk
  9. Oh do f!CK off with this s*** sk if we don’t win the league he should get the sack? What a load of old s***

  15. I can’t remember if was that or the FA Cup game that year - either way I remember it was shocking
  16. I removed a game in the TV - about 1985 ish - at home to Spurs, and they had Crooks and John Chedozie playing for them. The abuse they both got when they touched the ball. Jeez. It sounded like the whole ground giving them monkey noises. Shocking it was but alas was the norm then

  22. Anyone else seen this? Can’t be ars3d to troll through all the pages on here today To All Crystal Palace Fans, Team-mates, and Staff It's with a full heart that I write this message today. After some unforgettable years at Selhurst Park, the time has come for me to begin a new chapter in my career with Liverpool Football Club. When I first arrived at Palace, I was welcomed with warmth, belief, and trust. Together, we faced challenges, celebrated victories, and built a bond that will stay with me forever. Wearing the armband as captain was one of the greatest honours of my life, and it's something I will always carry with pride. To my team-mates - you've been more than colleágues; you've been brothers. I've learned, grown, and been inspired by each of you. To the coaching staff and everyone behind the scenes - thank you for your tireless work and constant support. You made every day a place to improve, enjoy, and fight for the badge. And to the incredible Crystal Palace fans - you are the heartbeat of this club. Your passion and loyalty are unmatched. From every chant to every roar at Selhurst, you gave us energy when we needed it most. I'll never forget the feeling of walking out in front of you. This isn't goodbye in spirit, because a part of me will always be a Palace man. I'll be following and cheering for you from afar, proud of what we've achieved together, and grateful for every moment we shared. Thank you for evérything. With respect and love, Marc Guéhi
  23. They should let him buy himself out of his contract for £35 million and then he would be a free agent. Wouldn’t he?
  24. Shades of when we had to wait four months for VVD
  25. I was close the palace end and it was four or five d1ckheads that then got shouted down. They were very very respectful
