Straight in my fantasy team. Just watch his 'every touch highlights' and f*** me that was one special performance. He is absolutely rapid, his through balls were Zidanesque and his touch was pretty much the same. KEEP.HIM.THERE Seems with the defences shackles off his (and he was excellent at covering for Johnson at times too) he was let loose. Awesome.

This is my kind of team: Reina, Wisdom, Skrtel, Agger, Johnson, Allen, Gerrard, Suso, Assaidi, Sterling, Suarez And that is the team. Suso behind Suarez and Assaidi starts, excellent.

I freshen it up by playing Suso in the advance midfield role and Assaidi out wide. Allen and Gerrard in the middle, although I wouldnt mind Sahin in for Gerrard in his actually role.

I follow some NE journalist on Twitter and they seem to think Newcastle's transfer plans for January are going to be based around whether Ba goes or not, indicating that he may well do. I think we should be all over that for £7m, he would be ideal.

I find it hard to judge Sahin in our team as he isnt played in his natural position, which is as a playmaker, not at the attacking point of three. Swapping Sahin and Gerrard make things much better and I think it is a fair point pulling Rodgers up on this and about Assaidi, not too sure why he hasnt had more league minutes.

This is exactly it for me, nail on the head and all that. It seems Allen, Sahin and Gerrard all want to play in the same position and whereas I think Allen or Sahin are perfect for that role I think Gerrard is and always has been so much better with the defensive responsibility taken away from him and the freedom to get forward as we know he can.
