I think Agger is class, top class. I do think he suits a commanding type alongside him and I don't think Srktel is that, would have been interesting to see much more of Coates and Agger together as a pair.

They don't make them like they used to, the Terry Butchers, the Bert Trautmanns of yesteryear, real footballers, real men.

Arsenal would destroy Carra, I'd put Srktel back in. Whispers on that Twitter thing that Srktel may look to leave in the summer, I think we could do better either way. ------- Can we just get on with signing a Brazilian attacking midfielder that ends in 'inho' please? Didnt realise he was 28! I dont think Srtkel is all that, if him and Reina do go in the summer I think with the right signings our side could be stronger as a result. PS why does every signing have to have a resale value, if we got four really good years out of a 28 year old player then for £8m that is excellent business to me,

I quite like him as a player, Suarez comments aside... Has looked excellent in recent weeks and sounds like Srktel maybe off in the summer who I think we could improve on anyway.

As long as we dont get Valdes in return you couldnt help but wish him well. If we do get Valdes in return I would be in favour of burning Pepe at the stake.

Would be a very exciting addition Coutinho, him Sturridge and Suarez as the front three could be pretty exciting to watch. I reckon if Southampton are in for him and offer a decent package he is theirs though, we'll want Coutinho on a low wage and will have a set fee we wont go higher than. Gaston Ramirez was asked "why did you go to Southampton?", his answer was "Because they pay me loads of money".

It would be great for us if it proved that way... I hope it does. Eriksen looks a player definitely but the difference in cost is huge, some Coutinho pays off. Sturridge, Coutinho and Ince would be an excellent window for us. All young, talent and attacking.

A win is 3 points, we need loads of these, doesn't matter who it is against. We have been unlucky in some games against the 'big teams' but these will deffo come with the way we are moving forward and now that we have a shiny new goalscorer and one coming back from injury.

I have been on of his biggest critics and it hasnt been hard really since he has been awful. But having an extra player to aim for now and with Borini added to the mix too maybe he can actually be of some use like he was yesterday. I would, at this moment, still sell him today mind.

Sturridge has made me look forward to watching us again. That massive added goal threat from both him and the team overall means I actually looked forward to the game yesterday in real expectation of us scoring and winning, normally I am just really hopeful we'll manage to get a goal but I expected it yesterday with him now in the team.
