    I remember when owen scored THAT goal in the world cup. he said after the match, that he spoke to a liverpool player on the bench (macca i think) and told him that there was no way owen would be with liverpool after the world cup. he had already told his manager, to put a bid in for him!!! he was playing for boro at the time!!! he is irritating, but more so, he is just a think c***.

    it was great. I hope all the goerdies have just read that it was a privilege to be there. i feel humbled everytime i think about it to be honest. It was much better than the final. I hope before i die, i experience something similar again.

    it still sends shudders down my spine when i think about it. I read some quotes from terry and the ref about the atmosphere sometime afterwards. I saved them on my pc but unfortunately it blew up. Does anyone have a those quotes?

    fair enough mate. i hope you got them. I have mine in block 205. cant wait! at least your in the kop mate. its one huge sing along on these nights as for midnight!! bloody hell! there is no way i would do that when i know i can get one anyway!!! having said that i have a st in the center of the kop and get mine automatically. I may feel differently if i didnt have one.

    very sorry. how stupid of me, our team is perfect and can not be improved up. feck me, how long have some of you lot been blind? its not only a natrual finisher we miss, its also improved quality and goals from the flanks. we left alves and made do pennent. we didnt pay the fee for ronaldo. we missed out on owen. were would we be now if rafa had a few more quid when he needed it?
