Why on earth would he come to Liverpool? Exactly, he wouldn't. Sad reality. He's deluded though, if he thinks he deserves as much as Lampard and Terry.

Not meaning to sound rude, but isn't that what everyone has been saying? We are unbelieavably only 4 points off 4th etc. and everyone seems to be doing their best not to win the league this year. I haven't noticed anyone lauding Chelsea's amazing season either. Agree about us still having a great chance for top 4.

So how can we realistically salvage this season? By playing better and more effective football. I don't think listing our fixtures and guessing the results is the magic formula, which will get us out the rut. Incidentally, is the forum dead this morning?

It seems I am bit weird like that. But I'll be proved right in the end! Anyway, I really don't rate Darby either, but I think he's not the worst youth player who's been given a go. Also Degen is nowhere near the Swiss national team and hasn't been for about 3-4 years.

He epitomises these journey man like signings we've made too many of in the past few years. Plus he's always injured and when he's actually made it onto the pitch, he's never done anything remotely of note. And he has a most punchable smirk on his face even when we are playing absolute s****. I've had the same type of feeling about him as I had with Voronin for a while now.
