    Tottenham

Well said. Asking for Brendans head now is unfair, stupid and without any sort of reality check.
  2. So they're not fighting?? Narrow loss at a ground where we have struggled for years against a side buildt expensively. What's your plan? New manager again?
  3. Why the f*** are you supporting liverpool you t***? Turning against the manager after 14 league matches. Pathetic.

    Tottenham

The negativity in here is f***ing ridicolous. Proud of the team tonight, well played and well fought. We are bound for a winning run soon.

    Swansea City

Enjoyable first half imo. Think we have played very well and created some good opportunities to score. Downing have struggled though.
  6. I knew they would score as soon as webb gave them a corner. f***!!!
  7. Take a look at this. http://vimeo.com/50447872 What a player!

    Norwich

Someone on RAWK with a good track record says it's allen, gerrard, sahin, suso, suarez and sterling for the front six. And Wisdom at RB. Quite exiting if true.
  9. Jerk. If you think this team is without a plan you should buy yourself a nice pair of glasses.
  10. Playing for the u21's tonight vs Chelsea. Been bright so far. Excellent movement and close control.
  11. Yesil pictured at liverpollfc.com with Suso's number.... Is he off?

    LFC v Man City

I think we have grown tremendously in this match. Some great passing after we gained control of the game. Allen: What a player he will be, I'm really impressed. Sterling too, excellent game so far. Really encouraging.
  13. Yes, I do. Most successful teams play a passing game. I believe in possession based football and think this is the way forward for LFC as well.
  14. Very dissapointing game. I think we will need to realize that this will take time though. We can't expect BR's style to work instantly, and getting there will result in some games with a lot of passing without penetration. The players are ordered to pass, but the passing is to slow and the movement is not there. We lacked confidence in our passing yesterday. It is easy to see why BR feels the need to bring in more players. His style requires players with good skills and quick feet, something I thought only Allen and Suarez demonstrated yesterday. Hopefully he will be able to get a couple of more players before the window shuts, but it will take at least 2-3 windows before we have a squad adjusted to what we need. After the initial dissapointment last night, I actually feel optimistic. For the first season in a while I think we are having a real plan and it will be great to follow the progression. A little bit of patient is required though...what Swansea's wingers did last night vs QPR is well beyond Downing, we need some more pace in our team.
  15. Well, to be fair, he assembled some of the worst ones...
  16. Thank f*** downing is off....
  17. Kelly has been quite weak today....
  18. Allen looks great! Lovely quick, presice passing. Good movement. Good player, glad we got him in.
  19. From all other quotes (Agger himself, Gerrard), various ITK's it seems quite likely that this will be the case. If it turns out that way I will be really concerned. FSG pushing the manager to sell a class player that he wants to keep and at the same time pushing out a player that loves the club. The signal this sends out to supporters and the rest of the players is not good.
  20. s***. Why? Do you have any news about him? City or Barca?
  21. Ben Smith on Twitter now saying he was wrong earlier today about it being confirmed this evening. Saying Arsenal are now well back in....
  22. Don't know if this has been posted before. Good interview with Henry and Werner. I think they are talking a lot of sense here. http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/liverpool-fc/liverpool-fc-news/2012/08/16/liverpool-fc-owner-john-henry-we-re-still-paying-the-price-for-tom-hicks-and-george-gillett-s-failings-100252-31632493/3/ The part below I found interesting. Could be the reason why they have (so far) not appointed a strong CEO. They might want to be more hands-on for a period of time untill the club is more stable and some major decisions (e.g. stadium) are done. "Now equipped with greater experience and expertise, FSG are more heavily involved in the day to day running of the Reds. The club's image took a battering at times last season and the owners want to ensure there's no repeat. “It makes sense for us to be more hands on now than a year ago,” Henry said"
  23. Thanks, mate. I hope to God you're wrong too...
  24. Heard any news about Agger? Seems like he threw his shirt to the crowd tonight. Maybe not a good sign....
  25. I have been positive to Brandan ever since he was appointed, but his comments in the meadia about transfers AND the Agger issue pisses me off. Liverpool FC should always issue a hands off warning when it comes to the best pleayers IMO. For Swansea every player has it's price, for LFC we sell only if the player is not good enough or really wants out.
