What gets me is English managers have often been given the position when not being qualified, yet there is this feeling that English managers get discriminated against all of a sudden. Did anyone think Hoddle and Keegan were the best we could get at the time?

I see your point, and the club's transfers are obviously funded year on year by ST holders putting their money where their mouth is, but it gets a little "closed" if you do that, doesn't it? ST rarely change hands now outside of family/friends, to make another competition closed to all but 37,000 fans seems a little unfair. In the first rounds of cup competitions, don't ST holders get preference on seat applications anyway? So if you go from the start, you'll have the credits to go to the later stages.
