The same can be said of our signings...or anyone else's. Can it not? How do you know Liverpool signings will hack it?

It doesn't necessarily work like that. Manchester United signed Carrick and won the title last season. Arsenal also have an exceptional group of young players that will get better. You can't just say one player will make a certain amount of points as football is a team game. I suspect Arsenal to be a better team and Wenger to change the team's system next season to conform to the proficiency of the overall team.
