Someone needs to read to him the quotes about his hiring based on the idea he could get more out of the current crop of players. Over and over and over again. F*cking fraud this b3llend is. I never thought I could hate an LFC manager at all, let alone this much.
-
It would be unfair on Lucas who has taken strides forward since being the no.1 defensive midfielder at the club, but I'd have still him back in a flash.
-
Thought he was meant to put an arm over players' shoulders since he's English and gets involved and all that? FOR
-
WOOHOO!!!! Even if it's not true, I'm a happy man for the next few hours. Thanks for divulging Kev.

Remember when the NESV news broke? There's not a lot more exciting than huge LFC news (confirmed or not) in the middle of the night. Especially sweet if it means Fraudson is about to lose his job...
-
What are people's views on Jova? I was infuriated by his performances earlier in the season but he's not had a chance to prove himself after being bombed out. He looks to have decent pace, and plays with passion. Too soon for him to be canned - as a squad player I think he's pretty decent. Wasn't he mainly a striker at Liege as well?

If you're f*ck off Purslow chant doesn't come to fruition, there's always the more direct "we want you sacked in the morning" Guantanamera song... #footinmouth... it's been a LONG time - will shoot you an email soon
-
Hope you're right bout Fraudson. This is getting REALLY depressing. Everyday I wake up hoping to read about his sacking. PS: been a while, how are things? hope the family is well!
-
The number of one-on-one chances he's missed (not that he's been fed many) I'd say that the briefings he used to get about the opposition keepers influenced his conversion ratio.

Hover your mouse over the Rafa snowman and you'll be presented with an option to "rotate photo". BRILLIANT!
-
If forced into picking sides between the two sets of players, I know who I'm backing. Torres' game has suffered without Valero. Immensely.
-
We now have a game in hand - something useful to a new manager. Actually, I hope our next 5 home games get postponed. That would force the owners' hands, surely?
-
Same here. But he's turned out toe be a real a pr*ck hasn't he. Worse still, he's a pr!ck towards the fans as well. Condescending in his attitude towards us, when he should be feeling so lucky that he's in charge of our great club. Never again will someone so under-qualified ever take on the role of manager of LFC - in terms of his CV, as well as personality fit. Something's missing for me - it's like my feelings towards the club will not feel whole again until this fraud is removed. Purslow you are a f*cking c*ntbag. That was me! Please Please Please sing that.

Absolutely true. But we're currently sh*t. And him talking so much sh*t and absolutely not getting what this club is about is just twisting the knife. It's bad enough having to endure humilitation on matchdays, but to put up with the torture of his senseless ramblings during the week is just a bit too much to handle. Ian Ayre said something about everyone feeling bad whenever the team has come off a bad result. I tell you what though, I bet that fraud is upset only because it's hurting him professionally. He has no affiliation with the club, nor has he made an effort to immerse himself with the culture and history of the club. Nor do I want him to -I just want him to get the f*ck out. The fact that he is constantly trying to lower expectations - this is the one single thing that grates me the most - says to me that he's not bothered about the club, only his own fortunes.

Let me suggest a simple one... "sacked in the morning, WE WANT YOU sacked in the morning..."
-
Knox needs to get on the phone with his short-term contract suggestion for managerial situation and put it to them. We also need to make them aware that the media know very little about the game, and that they should NOT in ANY way influence decisions made within the club. Except if they start turning on Hodgson, that is.
-
Needs the matchgoing public to act first. Then the media will either put up a fight or finally admit defeat. And then, the owners will need to react. That's the only way. We don't even need the perfect manager, there are a couple out of a job who are light years ahead of this clown in terms of aptitude and attitude. The most damning indictment on Hodgson's appointment is that some names (Di Matteo, Holloway, Coyle) are being touted as likely a better fit for one reason or another - all valid and compeling too - the likes of which only 6 months ago would have seen you on everyone's ignore list.

I used to love this fixture. You saw the best of Rafa's tactical knowledge from this fixture. The 5-1 two seasons ago was superb, but for creativity it's got to be 05/06 - 3 at the back, Kromkamp and Warnock having excellent games at wing back. Gerrard scoring off a sublime one-two with Crouchy.
-
That was a disgraceful performance. I don't think I've ever used that phrase on a LFC player before, but my goodness he was disgraceful.
-
That's a good start.

He's had some pretty decent chances during recent matches. He has been poor in matches in the past, but still popped up with a goal or two. The finishing isn't as assured or accurate, and I suspect it's largely down to one man. When Rafa gets the boot at Inter, the first person they need to hunt down is Xavi Valero.

I recall during the build up to Carroll's strike that Kyrgiakos had gone upfield and stayed there. Lucas kept looking over his shoulder trying to work out whether he needed to drop back and cover the hole, or to close down the space. At one point Skrtel occupied the space between where the two central defenders would sit. Lucas was still uncertain. If you were being harsh you'd say that he should have known to drop. Others would say that Skrtel should have been talking to him. By the time Carroll wound up to take the shot Lucas looked like he was still unsure. I don't like to apportion blame where unreasonable, nor am I one to absolve someone of it when it clearly rests on their shoulders. I'd like to watch it again but don't have the stomach for it - perhaps someone who does can set me straight or add weight to my suggestion.

The idiot just can't change games. No alternative playing style. Just one method. No substitutions. We were pretty good for about half an hour, even after they scored. But once we lost a grip of the game that was it. No fresh legs, no re-shaping of the team. Nothing. smicer7 - either you are a psychic or you willed this into a typical hodgson away day. But either way, HODGSON OUT.
