On Deco it was only when i saw him for barca that i realised what he could do. I thought Rui Costa gave him a lesson in how to be a team's playmaker in Euro2004 where deco was poor. Deco and Steg are obviously more gifted than Lampard but i still reckon deco and Lampard shouldn't swap as their effectiveness would decline in each other's team

What about their lack of success before that though RiH, 1988 aside. TbH i reckon their lack of penalty taking ability in 96, 98 and 2000 is what really held them back. That and a Maniche special. You're right though. If they are embarrasing the nation everytime they speak then just send them home or don't let them speak. Harmony is more important. I think bogarde is different to the rest of the players you mention though RiH. Those boys can play. Evans was interested in bogarde. Sheesh

I never rated him going back to his Ajax days. I don't know how he played for them AC and Barca. I suggest his ability is the reason he didn't feature much

Is it because you already know that they lost their right back, centre half, centre midfielder and playmaker and talisman as well as their exceptional manager who they had to replace twice in about 2months.

Can't remember but i don't think so. It was still better than Zlatan's anyway I think Baros is more similar to shevchenko but nowhere near as good

Everyone reckons the press hate them. The press mostly just look for a story and the greatest club ever ever ever finishing bottom in the first round of champion's league qualifying is just that story. Plus i wouldn't be surprised if ferguson had pissed off enough journos during his time

Them signing Keane reminds me of us signing Ince and believing that one player was going to turn around the whole shytehouse culture of a club because they tackled and shouted a bit.

Robben's only played well about twice this season but i think he's too good not to come again. He's what 20-1? It's the way they both beat players and are possibly better coming off their weaker foot that does it for me.
