We can't really point to one thing over the whole season but that sending off is a big factor in the performances in the last few games IMO

We have over achieved this season and we need to take it as a valuable learning exercise. Yes we are all gutted and the Mancs and others will have a good laugh at our expense, but come on if we went back to August and was told we would finish second (or maybe third...) we would have been delighted. The final few games has re-highlighted the weaknesses that now it is up to the board and Brendan to push on so we challenge again next year. I don't think this season is a flash in the pan at all. Lets take the positives and look forward to next season. NOW CAN WE PLEASE CLOSE THIS MOCKING THREAD!!!

Isn't it absolutely wonderful to be in April and caring this much about league games. It makes me feel like a teenager again, and back then we just expected to win. Whatever happens we have to enjoy the ride. Another week of looking at the table and smiling. What happens on Sunday, happens, lets enjoy this week as it feels great,

It seems to me that people have questioned him for years. It almost feels like they are just waiting for age to catch up with him so they can be proven right Why can't we just enjoy him for his last few seasons and be grateful we have been lucky enough to watch a truly great player in our team

Got to admit I had worries he was a spoofer early on, but supported him as he was the Liverpool manager. I think he still has lots to learn but more than happy for him to prove me wrong
