I wouldn't expect Rafa to rip the league up, but given so many of the squad worked with him and now his methods I would expect him hit the ground running this time. I agree with you that we can't expect to finish top 4 next year. I believe we can, but we must be realistic about closing what is nearly a 40 point gap. I also think Rafa is a no for the owners anyway, which makes your comenst about expectation all the more pertinent.

To early to call that. They do need to get the mgmt team on board ASAP, sort out the playing staff and then, ideally, make at least couple of decent signings. I still think we are only 2 or 3 players away from a possible top 4 finish, but obviously if a lot of our key players start getting itchy feet over this then we could have some major issues.
