  1. Yeah haha, had Son_of_Sami for a while. Just fancied a change!
  2. True, but if we lost or drew against City it'd be completely different so in essence we've had 2 to deal with - won one, now have to win the other. It's an unbelievably hard thing to do this, given that each game we have the same conversation and thought processes but it will all be worth it hopefully!
  3. Yeah they're legit mate, the firm is completely legit. Just some things you hear along the way. Anyway, back to footballing matters!
  4. Just watching my back Swipe!
  5. I'm from and still live in Liverpool and won't say too much for obvious reasons. I don't want to start some big witch hunt over it but his dad's dodgy. They own the Flanagan Group, yes, but he also runs (or at least used to) quite a few of the doors in town. Trust me, there's very few people who would put a foot wrong in front of his family. There's a few other bits and pieces that have happened over the years but I'm not discussing them over a forum which I hope people can respect.
  6. I doubt anyone would dare beat him. His dad is one of the biggest gangsters in the city lol.
  7. The answer is simple. Play Agger as usual, allow Sakho to unleash hell amongst the Norwich tirade and observe a demon in motion. The Gods will be most pleased.
  8. I'm sure he's a top lad once you become familiar with him. But he has a face you wouldn't get tired of kneeing/punching/elbowing. Chelsea, that.
  9. Swansea doing us a massive favour thus far!
  10. I understand the current moment we're in, but he's not yet, mate. Still Kenny and it always will be for me.
  11. Somewhere, Sideshow Bob has just stood on a rake and made his woeful shuddering noise.
  12. Losing Hendo is worrying me in games like these. Still, JFW!
  13. City's bogey team let's not forget.
  14. Being the bell end that I am I had no other alternative than to sprint for a piss when Sturridge came off - Why did he come off? I know he had an off day, was it that? Was it a tactical thing or was it injury? By the way, I know we're all elated now, and rightly so, but I'm almost certain with games such as Norwich and Palace coming up in particular, losing Hendo is going to haunt us in some way.
  15. Bringing a tear to my eye that. Cmon men!!!
  16. So you mean someone there other than Johnson? Flanno must be the one you speak of who doesn't necessarily get forward as often and he must not be dropped! So do you mean keep Johnson or replace him?
  17. Nerves are shot to s***, I've dreamt about this game 2 nights on the run now. Beaten both times. Just get it over with now and more importantly JFW. C'mon boys this is do-able!!!!!
  18. Absolutely nothing. I was talking from a stand point of signing Lars Bender. In the actual scenario I'm bloody chuffed, mate.
  19. As much of a w*** bank as that would be he's wasted if he isn't played as a number 4 as you won't get the best out of him, sadly at the moment that role is filled more than adequately by Gerrard/Lucas - That was may argument against signing Schneiderlin, good player who'd be great to have but we have greater priorities now that Gerrard has finally made the position his own. Wouldn't have Costa up top either, I think we'd be playing too much of a risky game by signing someone of that calibre to compete with SAS - What I mean is it may disrupt the partnership, I'd rather sign an attacking mid who can play across the front 3 than an out and out striker. Lallana, Hummels and Rakitic would do nicely as the main signings.

  21. Nothing like a little eplsite afternoon for when tickets pass you by
  22. Is it his peroxide locks that mask his natural auburn tone why you despise him, so?
  23. You do realise Caulker is gash? I was wondering this, and I really hope we get him for years to come, but I doubt we'd do anything for his development at the moment. The position he plays isn't a priority for us and I'm more than happy with who we have. Hughes has pretty much been starting each game this season, although he's been coming back from a short injury lately I think, but at his age - given the playing time he's already getting - it would be extremely risky to cut that short and have him as a sporadic sub, unless we loan him back of course. He looks a t'riffic player, mind.
