  1. Great Moments In History with(out) Roy Hodgson would be more interesting
  2. the only decent way for him to leave would be to tape him up and shove him in the boot of a blacked out car and pretend it never happened (and then drop him off at his house unharmed- i'm taking no chances after that Robin Hood airport debacle)
  3. brilliant, imagine if he got in
  4. backtracking Woy is not needed when you think before you rub your face and talk s****. Will this man ever learn?
  5. that might upset him, they are wonderfully matey. Have the media ever heard of the expression don't mix buisness with pleasure
  6. His interview post match was awful, again, just shows how unadaptable he is to his tactics "...the worst thing that happened was when we let in the first goal". So f***ing what they scored first? Its how many goals you score after 90mins that counts. His whole set up for away matches is to shore up and hope for the best, if not, a 0-0 is respectable, we are away from home after all, -and every other manager knows it. I feel sorry for his wife, i bet she knows exactly what she's getting for xmas
  7. "...I am sure there are lots of fans who sympathise with us and what we are trying to do." Names Woy, give us some names...And what are you trying to do?
  8. this
  9. along the lines of 'anyone with honesty would think we were the better team tonight...' DALGLISH

  18. i have lost all faith in anything Roy says, he was probably thinking about car insurance
  19. that's how i read Broughtons comments too, i thought it was a years compensation within 28 days if he got the boot.
  20. I agree, i'd prefer they had someone now to replace him, but it seems they haven't, and the process does take time. I'd imagine they are going to change the coach once, and do it properly, rather than faff about going through a pointless process of an interim manager, unless of course RH falls on his sword which is unlikely. This is the route of minimum disruption, and the most professional, were not dealing with the two ronnies anymore, it looks like we've got people who want to leave a legacy. and I don't think that the players are so thick as not to realise his days are numbered
  21. can't see RH going before xmas now, the main danger Roy presented to LFC was signing another shower of aging gash in Jan. Now that is out of his hands, I'm happy- as long as he keeps winning. Unless Comolli had a manager set up and ready to go before he was taken on board, it's not going to happen soon, the ball is in RH hands to walk out or wait for the inevitable. As has been widely observed, NESV are implementing a new culture at LFC, the focus is on longevity, with this in mind I'd quite happily wait a few more months with Roy at the helm, to guarantee sounding out the best coach we can attract who can work towards the vision of the new regime and take LFC upwards and onwards. RH is a blimp, a mere pimple that is particularly itchy today, we need patience, he'll soon be gone

  23. A bit (lot) of 'show & Tell' going on there, as Vincenzo Coccotti once said...
  24. Wonder what else Roy was told yesterday...
  25. Hodgson before end of deadline in August: "Rafael van der Vaart does not fit the profile of the kind of player we're after"
