Holida destinations - Anything recommended

I've taken my brother to Florida twice in the past couple of years, and need to plan something else this time around. Florida has been perfect for him, easily enough to cram into two weeks.

 

This year I want to do something different. Preferably it'd be abroad, hot and have enough for kids aged about 10 to do. He's into arcades and waterparks etc, that kind of thing. I have no real clue where to go.
