Our current deal runs out soon and we have been offered:
3 Year Base Rate Tracker 4.79%
5 Year Fixed 4.89%
2 Year Fixed 4.79%

Each of those include current base rate of 3.75% don't they? 

Any sages able to consult the tea leaves?

We have ten years left so should be mortgage free when European societal collapse is imminent. Get in?
