Future sister-in-law booked with them a few months ago to fly from Burlington,Vermont, to Birmingham for our wedding. Was promised that an hour transfer was enough time at Philly. What happens? Plane is an hour late in to Burlington, meaning she misses connection, no seats available on any other flight, no other routes possible, so she's stuck at home and will miss our wedding. Can't believe there wasn't a single space on a flight, economy or first class, from Vermont to the UK last night. Utter, utter c****.
