Interesting that he's not on the bench for this game. Think it was Maldini who said LDV was told he'd be playing for the reserves but the U-18 coach wanted him for that team instead. He's clearly too good for the under 18s though, so hopefully he'll be back with the reserves soon...

There are some good attacking players in the reserves. Saric looks good, Eccleston and Amoo have stepped up well.

Amoo seems to have a similar build good speed like Babel, yet he also seems to have a brain, so is probably more likely to make it as a decent footballer

Brouwer couldn't even get into the first team at the 2nd division Dutch team he was on loan at last year. Really don't get the point in him, despite his knack of scoring in the reserves.
