Man climbs 200ft wheel attraction

 

 

A man has climbed onto the top of the Belfast Wheel.

 

The visitor attraction offers views across the city from a height of 200ft.

 

A number of fire appliances and an ambulance are at the scene. Roads in the area have been closed and a large crowd of people has gathered.

 

The structure is situated in the grounds of Belfast City Hall.
