My first thought was Alec Lindsay, but I think he DID play for England...., so I'm kind of stumped...

I thought Johnston had, but he only got a call up into the squad. He never got a full cap.

Craig Johnston should have declared for Australia, I'm not at all sure Stevenson was a better player than Jimmy Case although to be fair I only saw him when I was a kid.

According to wiki, Walsh got 5 full caps but Fairclough only got 1 for the U-21s and that is it.
