Guest Snorky Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 He was spot at half-time, absolutely spot on. I've always defended Redknapp as well, but not anymore.
Swipe Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 Compare Redknapp's "analysis" of Ashley Cole against Spurs, and the way he spoke about Masch today. Says it all about him. Waste of space.
MickeyDocs Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 Fair play to Gray who called it for the disgrace it was, and who also highlighted that United were kicking chunks out of Torres. Redknapp is a c**t! Coward of a player, coward as a pundit.
Swipe Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 Coward sums up Jamie perfectly. Was a big f***ing woman on the pitch
John am Rhein Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 Compare Redknapp's "analysis" of Ashley Cole against Spurs, and the way he spoke about Masch today. Says it all about him. Waste of space. What happened here then? Was the buffoon Redknapp defending the Englishman while criticizing the foreigner, by any chance?
John am Rhein Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 Coward sums up Jamie perfectly. Was a big f***ing woman on the pitch Unfair on women that. They cover far more ground.
John am Rhein Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 He was spot at half-time, absolutely spot on. I've always defended Redknapp as well, but not anymore. What's Gray said? And Redknapp?
Swipe Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 What's Gray said? And Redknapp? Almost had a full blown argument. Gray lambasted Bennet for the decision, saying if players can't calmly question referees then something is wrong. Also said it all came about after Torres got booked for getting fouled twice. Redknapp predictable said the opposite. Claimed Masch was in the refs face. Which of course is a lie. He never said a word about Cole the other night, but said Masch was right to get send off. Gray got tore into him over it.
John am Rhein Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 Good for Gray then. Haven't seen either of these incidents (Cole or Mascherano - although I've heard plenty of sh*t from the BBC5 double act about the latter), but I reckon if they create a situation where only the captains speak to the ref and the other players express any 'dissent' to their captain then the game will be better for it.
LondonLiverpoolFan Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 I've never said it before as I always liked Jamie when he played for us. What a c*nt. It's a sad day when we have Andy Gray standing up for one of our players yet one of our former players does not. Gray questioned why Torres was being booked then said he was worried for the game when he heard that Bennett was the ref. He then said Masch was clearly asking the ref "what's happening" in a calm manner and only lost it after Bennett sent him off.
floyd Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 About 18 months ago they had Roy Keane as a studio guest on some Manc game, and fvckin Jamie the Lion was doing so much ar4e licking towards him. Keano this, Scholesy that. It was proper gay.How this fvckin cretin got to be capain of this club I'll never know. I don't want captains to be nice.
gkmacca Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 If it had been a Portsmouth player Redknapp would have been far more leniant. He's really lost his way as a pundit. He even gabbled over the VT Keys was planning to use to plug the next match. He'll not have pleased his producer for doing that. Just a pity he doesn't displease them for his increasingly wild and irrational judgements.
stonty Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 Redknapp make my blood boil, should be ashamed of himself the pansy voiced ponce!!
Florist Cinema Pond Goal Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 Gray later said 'a proper referee would have pulled Torres aside to talk to him rather than book him' before being corrected by Keys to say 'different referee'.
Florist Cinema Pond Goal Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 Andy Gray knows f*** all. what's happening
Guest Prongsy Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 Andy Gray knows f*** all. You know less and you don't understand the rules. Time to be quite, the two people arguing this case are beginning to look even more stupid than they normally do.
Dan Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 Gray was even better on The Last Word - basically telling monkey man to shut it as well. He's p*ssed me off big time in the past but today he was spot on.
Guest Prongsy Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 monkey man And he's running and he's running and he's running awayyyy, he's running from the monkey man.
Billy Dane Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 Gray was even better on The Last Word - basically telling monkey man to shut it as well. He's p*ssed me off big time in the past but today he was spot on. wonder if Liverpool fans will writing in to praise him now?
Stew F Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 at those who dont see Gray doing the "good cop bad cop" routine
Florist Cinema Pond Goal Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 at those who dont see Gray doing the "good cop bad cop" routine Think today he was just calling it how he saw it. Still obviously f***ing hates us and glad we lost as it gives Everton a chance.
