Guest Si Posted January 26, 2008 Posted January 26, 2008 (edited) Us lot, the fans who have to take all the stick and b******s that comes with that debacle today? The players, who should be f***ing ashamed that there were made to look like absolute mugs today? Or Rafa, a man under pressure anyway who sees the team he sent out, he prepared tactically, look like jokers for the majority of the game? Edited January 26, 2008 by Si
Cheesecake Posted January 26, 2008 Posted January 26, 2008 (edited) All the f***wits who were sharpening their knives after 2 minutes when we werent 4 goals up.All the knee jerkers who continually 'support' the team by telling all and sundry how s**** the current flavour of the month hate figure is.All the idiots who get 'livid' when we dont twot whoever because as we all know we've got a god given right to win everything All the above should be embarrased, but fear not, they'll do the same for the next game. Jim D Posted January 26, 2008 Posted January 26, 2008 Rafa...........we only created one decent chance in the entire first half and that was Benayoun's chance he put wide. Most of the game we resorted to taking shots from long range against a bunch of part timers.

Guest Si Posted January 26, 2008 Posted January 26, 2008 Im utterly baffled that anyone on here isnt flabbergasted by what we saw today? It was embarrassing.
Guest Si Posted January 26, 2008 Posted January 26, 2008 Errrr didn't we score two goals in the first half? Errrrr yes - 1 a long shot from 20 yards, the other from a deflected pass. Class.

Guest Si Posted January 26, 2008 Posted January 26, 2008 This thread is a fecking embarrassment.. Take the superfan outfit off and wake the f*** up. What positive can you possibly take from todays game? Are you going to reply to every negative post in the next 6 hours in this manner?
Cam Posted January 26, 2008 Posted January 26, 2008 Probably Torres. He couldn't even get a game against these. Sell him!
Guest Si Posted January 26, 2008 Posted January 26, 2008 Don't be a t***... Earth calling planet ostrich, earth calling planet ostrich - TAKE YOUR HEAD OUT OF THE f***ING SAND. Out.

What a load of feckin drivel. We are in dire straits at the moment. The players can't be fecked. The players cannot pass a football. If you can't see that, then you're feckin blind.
Internationinteroperability Posted January 26, 2008 Posted January 26, 2008 Im utterly baffled that anyone on here isnt flabbergasted by what we saw today? It was embarrassing. Today's performance wasn't great at all, but you can't play well and win all the time. Havant played the game of their lives, whereas we could only disappoint. Well, almost. Scoring five goals is never abysmal and we're through, so we indeed have bigger problems to solve than complaining about getting through to the next round. We need to up our game to get 4th spot in the Prem, but today's game wasn't a Prem game.

I cannot believe that you are happy to say we are in the next round so it doesnt matter! Did you see that display today?
Jim D Posted January 26, 2008 Posted January 26, 2008 This thread is a fecking embarrassment.. No its not, that performance today was embarrassing, those players out there were a disgrace on the name of Liverpool Football Club. 11 players who are internationals, professionals who earn tens of thousands of pounds a week against 11 players who play football FIVE leagues below them and play the game for fun as a part time job. 5-2 is a poor scoreline, the gulf in class wasn't there, at times Havant were the better team and it just goes to show some of the players we have at the club just cannot cut it. We resorted to having long range shots against them most of the time, how bad is that? We didn't even have the guile, imagination or craft to break a team down like Havant. I'd say the 5-2 scoreline was harsh on them and it flattered us, that is how bad it was.
Guz Posted January 26, 2008 Posted January 26, 2008 We were f***ing s**** and it was verging on embarassing when we couldn't produce anything but long shot after long shot. But I'm not that arsed to be honest. All credit to the minnows. Their fearless play (like Luton) was a credit to the game and brought a bit of magic back to the cup. Cannot wait for the draw on Monday.
lawrie Posted January 26, 2008 Posted January 26, 2008 In fairness we were pretty rubbish in the first half, the second half was a different matter.
Earl Hafler Posted January 26, 2008 Posted January 26, 2008 So are you saying everyone who is livid about todays performance against non-league opposition is a knee jerker? And i'm sure the poster was thinking " oooh, 2-1 down to Havant and Waterlooville isn't that bad " Benayoun scored a hat-trick and yet could easily be dropped for the next match. That's why none of our midfielders or forwards, save Gerrard and Torres, play well regularly Babel was poor today so some will want him to be dropped but the only way he's going to improve is if he is given a run in the side. Very, very few players can play well when starting one game in 3 or 4.
