Wireless Modem Question....

Apologies for the dull question....

 

I'm on virgin media and have one of these:

 

 

Which is attached to my cable box going into my PC via USB.

 

Do i need to get an entirely new wirless hub thingy to set up a wireless network or is there something i can add to this to send the signal round the flat?
